      My scientific paper entitled: "The Basic Electromagnetic Identity and Universal Structure", first published electronically in 1993, includes the following three appendices: 1) Ideal Earth Radius, 2) The Four Orders of Subatomic Structure, and 3) The Structural Bases of Quartz. Here is an abstract of the third appendix:

      "Utilizing published high precision unit cell edge data, the structure of quartz is shown to be dependant upon various combinations of three universal physical constants: the ultimaton (neutrino) radius, the Earth radius, and the gravitational wavebase. Five mathematical identities are presented which define the structure of quartz. A complete analysis of current versus equilibrium values for the nine components comprising these defining identities are also presented. Deviations from ideality are quantized on an n/9 series and yield an average quantum deviation of 23.74 ppm. Four simple equations are cited which define all computed deviations. In short, the third appendix of the BEI paper presents a mathematically unequivocal solution for the structure of quartz."

      Continuing investigations show that apatite, beryl, tourmaline, and the Garnet Structure Group are also defined by primary structure factors involving the three physical constants cited for quartz in the above abstract.
