Continuing the main thread in Part 1 about Barrow's belief that mathematics is a "house of cards" built upon questionable foundations. This belief is reflected in the title of Chapter 3, pp. 106-146 entitled: "With form but void"! Under the clever subheading "Bourbachique Mathematique", he cites the following quote (p. 129):

   "Mathematicians are a species of Frenchmen: if you say something to them they translate it into their own language and presto! it is something entirely different."
GOETHE (1749-1832)

   My comments on this quote from Goethe: As noted in Part 1: "Tell me dear reader, do you see ANY single aspect of I-1F above that is abtruse or incomprehensible!?" BEI-1F and other identities defining the SGM structure are straight forward and do not depend upon complex conversions or translations, because the SGM and its component identities are pure mathematical structures! Quoting that famous line by the comedian "Geraldine" (F. Wilson): "What you see is what you get!" Regarding BEI-1F, the only "translation" required is between the verbal descriptions and the symbols selected to represent the 25 physical constants (PCs) comprising this identity!

   Returning to Barrow's "With form but void", he notes that the Boubaki group of French mathematicians began their work in 1939, seeking analogous structures in different branches of mathematics (p.131). Barrow states (p. 132) that "...Bourbaki's program of organizing mathematics into a network of logical connections is always haunted by the lack of any proof of self-consistency."

   My comments on this quote from Barrow: See Part 1 of this document for several comments concerning the internal consistency of BEI-1F and the SGM structure from whence it was derived.

   Further on (p.134), Barrow states that the Bourbaki "...must also respond to the challenge of answering the crucial question, posed here by Einstein:

   How can it be that mathematics, being after all a product of human thought independent of existence, is so admirably adapted to the objects of reality?"

   My comments on this quote from Einstein: Not meaning to speak for the Bourbaki, Babcock, the writer of this document, will answer your question! Quite frankly, Dr. Einstein, your faulty premise (= "garbage in") is at the root of your puzzlement (= "garbage out")! More respectfully and specifically, mathematics is NOT "a product of human thought independent of existence", but something much more FUNDAMENTAL! The writer can make that statement, because he DISCOVERED the Basic Electromagnetic Identity (BEI). Moreover, the writer is the first person to recognize the fact that the BEI could be expanded much farther than form I-1F to include most if not all PCs required to define All Existence! As such, the BEI is clearly not the work of mortal man, but the work of immortal GOD.

   In Chapter 5 entitled "Intuitionism: the immaculate construction", under the subheading "A very peculiar practice", page 188, Barrow has the following first paragraph:

   "'The integers were made by God: all else is the work of man.' Although this after-dinner remark by Leopold Kronecker has been taken by some critics to reveal more about his early career in banking than his philosophy of mathematics, it is a succint summary of the intuitionists' position. All mathematical statements of greater complexity than the natural numbers must be constructed from them explicitly by a finite number of deductive steps. There is no ready-made mathematical world waiting to be discovered. The meaning of mathematics is nothing more nor less than the sequence of steps that are required to construct its statements from the natural numbers."

   My comments on this paragraph quoting Barrow: HOGWASH and TURKEY TATERS! More presumptuous statements from the ignorant, who apparently believe that if they haven't thought of something (= IT), personally worked IT out, seen IT in their super-specialized professional journals, or heard it discussed by peers at meetings, IT either 1) can't be relevant to their search for the truth or 2) couldn't possibly exist and can therefore be ignored! In my opinion, these types of pompous presumptions and DENIAL stiffle creativity and prevent certain "blankety-blanks" from contacting me concerning the BEI paper and the numerous discoveries therein.

   The writer takes careful aim at the fourth sentence in the above-quoted paragraph (my emphasis):

   In the writer's opinion, that is absolute balderdash! My opinion is based upon the mathematical beauty and simplicity of BEI-1F and the FACT that the SGM, which contains the BEI, is indeed: "...a ready-made mathematical world waiting to be discovered." ... by the rest of the scientific world! The writer discovered the enormous SGM mathematical structure in 1977. (Ref. Please refer to the irreverent Preface of the BEI paper for additional details.)

   **LLB Internal Notes and Comments: The SGM structure will not be revealed until such time as the writer receives recognition, respect, and some form of remuneration for this massive BEI project. Furthermore, the writer has no intention of giving the SGM away for gratis, let alone to those who refuse to recognize these discoveries and who continue to ignore me. As noted in the sniping document entitled: "Gravity and BEI": "Until the BEI is taken seriously, all you will receive from me are 1. TANTALIZING ADDITIONAL RESULTS and 2. CHALLENGES." If the writer is still being ignored January 1, 1996, my second act of *scientific terrorism* will be to electronically publish additional discoveries relating to the two energy grids on the Earth's surface and the Great Pyramid Device (GPD). This escalation will be designed to "fire a broadside" at those researchers who are playing around like foolish children with Mother Earth's energy grids for military purposes. More specifically, these revelations will consist of 1) the incredible results of my 1978 experiments with GP-type devices, 2) details about the inner circuitry of the GPD, 3) a full exposure of what I term the "Gravitational Flux Diamond", which exists everywhere on the Earth's surface, and 4) the power levels defining the energy grids. To those readers who are interested in such further snipings, I suggest you stay tuned here to the BEI home page! To those fooling around with the energy grids: in case you hadn't noticed, I have just issued a challenge and slapped your collective faces with an electronic gauntlet. The only possible way that you could be more knowledgeable than I about these subjects is if you have the assistance of exterrestrials! I fully intend to "blow your cover" if need be...**

   In Part 1 of this "BEI Superabstract", the writer declined to place "...these 16 identiforms into a classified sequential format with simplest first, then paired forms, etc." However, herebelow in Part 2 the writer will not only do just that, but analyze the composition and structure of BEI-1F "up one side and down the other", i.e., as completely as possible. As stated in the introductory paragraph, sequentially ordered BEI-1F is referred to herein as "ORDERED BEI-1F'.

   The following eight tables concerning ORDERED BEI-1F are offered below for the readers perusal. Some readers may consider these tabular summaries tedious or too detailed and merely skim them. However, serious mathematicians might actually revel in these tables, because the writer "has done all the work" so they can view BEI-1F from several vistas in order to maximize comprehension.

   Although these eight tables are more or less self-explanatory, a brief notes and comments section follows the presentation. In Tables 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6, items are listed from simplest to most complex, both left to right and top to bottom. Tables 5 and 8 are frequency summaries with items listed in decreasing order. Table 7 has items in order by row, number of PCs and pi, level of existence (ATOMIC, Interscale,STELLAR), and quantities in the alphabetical order listed in Table 6. Be apprised that the alphabetical symbols used in the first five tables are those cited for PCs in Part 1 and Table 1, pp. 12-13, BEI, whereas, the alphabetical scheme employed in the last three tables denote quantities such as area, length, time, charge, etc. as listed.

Table 2: This table clearly shows, via the ratio values cited in the right-most column, that the identiform order cited is, indeed, from simplest to most complex.

Table 3: When combined with Table 1, pp. 12-13, BEI; Table 3 shows the identiform order cited is not only from simple to complex, but atomic to stellar, left to right and top to bottom.

Table 4: Please note the "mixed nomenclature" in the "Electromagnetism" box on the right end of Row 1 (R1). As cited in Tables 6 and 8, Charge Area = "Electric Moment" and Current Area = Magnetic Moment. Charge Area has nothing to do with "electric dipole moment" and it appears that the analogy stated in parallel form in the last sentence is heretofore unknown and/or unappreciated!

Table 5: This PC frequency summary lists eight PCs and the symbol for pi, which appear more than once in BEI-1F. The remaining 17 single PCs are lumped into two subcategories: 1) single-pair commons and 2) unpaired singles. The PCs involved in these two subcategories are cited at the bottom of the 3-column "Identiform numbers" block, opposite the numerical totals for each subcategory.

   Exactly one third of all single PC and pair PC positions in BEI-1F are occuppied by "backwards capital R" = "N" of the alphabetical scheme employed in Tables 1 through 5. These two symbols designate Ideal Earth Radius. In short, Ideal Earth Radius is thE most fundamental PC of the 25 PCs comprising BEI-1F, because it has the highest frequency. This is consistent with the fact that Ideal Earth Radius has thE simplest nucor (numerical core expression) of these 25 PCs! See BEI, Appendix 1, Items 4 and 5, pp.19-20, for additional relevant discussions of Ideal Earth Radius.

Table 6: Please note that the alphabetical symbols used in Tables 6, 7, and 8 are quantity-based, NOT PC-based as in Tables 1 through 5.

Table 7: This "Identiform-Based Frequency Summary" shows the by-row distribution of PC and pi positions and a further breakdown into the scale categories: ATOMIC, Interscale, and STELLAR. In addition, the type of quantity each PC position represents is enumerated in the lower portion of this table. Category totals are presented in the right-most column, labeled "n sub t".

Table 8: This "Quantity-Based Component Frequency Summary" shows that area, length, and time functions clearly dominate: respectively occuring in 87.50, 68.75, and 100 percent of the 16 identiforms comprising BEI-1F.

   The above document was designed to provide a series of vistas for the "mathematically enabled" reader, which clearly indicates that ORDERED BEI-1F transcends the mental capabilities of mortal man. The writer did not fabricate this identity, he merely discovered it. In my humble opinion, ORDERED BEI-1F shines with such awesome brilliance of simplicity and structure that it is undeniably 'GOD's work". Furthermore, paraphrasing and quoting my two statements near the end of Part 1 of this document:
